Tea and Qigong

Tea Qigong is the practice of developing awareness (being present in the here and now) through the Chinese tea ceremony. It includes Qigong healing breathing techniques, the series of movements in accordance with the flow of internal energy arising during the Chinese tea ceremony, work with the meridians of your body and internal organs, the process of Meditation, and even your theoretical knowledge of tea, tea ware, and tea brewing.

The practice consists of Qigong exercises performed to study the circulation of energy in the body, with special attention to tea preparation, which helps to master the skills of using the tea accessories, tea brewing, and the art of making a Tea Ceremony.
